Instructions for Abstract Submission

Please note that your conference registration code/username is not valid for your abstract submission.
You need to create your personal abstract submission account here

Please start your Abstract Submission process by registration at the corresponding page ("Create abstract submission account"). Please fill out all the required data, and you will receive an automatic email reply containing your access credentials (user and password) for Abstract Submission system. After receiving this email, please open a page "Login" and introduce your access credentials there.

After login, you will be directed to your "Personal Area", where you should choose "Create new abstract". You will be then automatically re-directed to the "Abstract Submission online" page.

After introducing your Abstract data, please use buttons "Save as Draft" (that allows you to resume your Abstract submission later) or "Save and Submit" (this option should be used after your abstract is ready since it can NOT be modified later). Please use the option "Save and Submit" only when you are sure that your Abstract is ready for submission.

Whether using "Save as Draft" or "Save and Submit", you will receive an e-mail informing you of the status of your abstract submission process.
